I would like to thank Nurse Janet on her patience in taking care of my mum and the kindness she has shown to her at the day care. At times my mum may not be easy to take care due to her dementia problems. She never give up in helping her. My family and myself would like to thank her for what she has done. Much appreciated. The nurses and care attendants are very approachable and attentive. My dad has attention seeking behaviour and they are very professional in handling him. The nurses will provide timely update of any change in his behaviour . The team goes an extra miles by providing variation in activities to engage their residents. My dad will share what he enjoyed whenever I visit him.

My mother was in United Medicare Centre Toa Payoh for a month on respite care. Mama enjoyed her stay thoroughly. There was good food, good company, professional and caring staff; the premises always clean and the environment airy and peaceful. This is a model for all nursing homes in Singapore, in my opinion.
