Our facility offers a walk-in service for urgent cases, similar to a traditional hospital. An emergency nurse will triage the cases, followed by evaluations from our dedicated emergency and critical care team. We accept referrals exclusively for our canine and feline services. We recommend that clients consult their primary care veterinarians if a referral is necessary. Our goal is to collaborate closely with your primary vet to ensure seamless care for your beloved pet. We have over 20 veterinarians including board-certified specialists, a criticalist, and emergency clinicians supported by over 60 veterinary technicians, nurses, and assistants. It is one of the largest veterinary centres in the region.
