Highly recommend 2 dishes - sweet & sour pork with lychees & fujian seafood lor mee.Always love their service - offering to help portion out the noodles according to the number of pax.The restaurant is quite big hence the tables are well spaced out. Do try to get a reservation as it gets crowded and need to wait abit.

Had dinner here with my kids. Food was pretty good. We ordered the fish which was good as it was fresh and not too spicy such that my daughter could eat it. The grill meat were nicely grilled too. We also ordered the cold noodles which my wife and myself enjoyed. Thought the taste of the noodles is better than its looks. But beware as the noodles is spicy and my son has to drink two cups of water in the process of finishing his noodles.
Wah, what a fantastic dinner I recently had at 探鱼 in TANYU Tampines 1! This place is very comfortable which is an awesome spot for dinner.I dived into their grilled fish with green pepper, sipped on some iced barley drink, and savored a tasty chicken skewer. The grilled fish was fresh and with the soup base, it had this amazing spicy kick that hit all the right spots.
I had the pleasure of dining at Tan Yu in Tampines One, and I must say, the food was absolutely brilliant. Every dish was bursting with flavor, and the fish was incredibly tender. Their skillful pairing of fish with other ingredients truly enhances the overall dining experience. Highly recommended for those who appreciate flavorful and well-complemented dishes!

Nothing bad to say, good food, good service and tables aren’t filthy. Really the only problem is that price tag for most of the items is too high for my liking but considering the free side dishes are also tasty I don’t mind that much. Overall, great place to have a dinner with a casual group of friends.
The food was delicious and freshly prepared. I would like to compliment one staff in particular, Sandra, for the exceptional hospitality and service. The meats that she assisted to cook for us were great, given her skills in cooking. She even wished both of us happy birthday with a birthday cake, knowing my wife’s birthday and I was one day apart, thru casual conversation. Will definitely come back!

The food at the restaurant was excellent! The wait times were reasonable, and we didn't have to wait too long for our food. The only drawback was the crowd, but we were able to enjoy the live band and have conversation by sitting outside. If you enjoy the energetic atmosphere of a crowded restaurant, the inside seating might be perfect for you. In terms of pricing, it was affordable and not overly expensive.
Visited on 5 May 2023 and overall was a pleasant experience. Food was nice but the portion was very small given the price point. Oysters were really fresh but they are truly meant to be eaten plain... the flavoured ones were weird and not for my tastebud.A nice place for TGIF for the nearby office folks.
The food was great! Wait times are normal and you do not have to wait long for the food. Only downside is the crowd. Me and my friends were seated outside so we can enjoy the live band and still talk. The inside will be much noiser (not an issue if you're a fan of crowd noise). Price-wise is affordable, not too expensive.

No joke guys. It's the real deal. I've been buying from the place and have tried the chicken and lamb shawarma as well as the rice. My favourite is the lamb with rice. The rice is perfectly flavoured, not too overwhelming such that you get to enjoy both the meat and the rice. The sauces makes the overall taste more balanced and rich. The portion of rice and meat is huge too as my picture shows. Enough to fill two plates 😁 I'm somewhat a "regular customer" now. Hoping they can add lamb neck rice dishes in future.
Delicious shawarma whether in a wrap or in a bowl - whether chicken or lamb. The meats are tender and properly spiced. My children like the taste of the chicken better than the lamb but I like them both. The lamb didn't have smell and we loved all of the dressings. Shawarma bowl means meat plus salad, don't have any carbohydrates. There are seats to wait but not to eat so basically it's a takeaway stall. In the peak hours, you can wait around 30 minutes for your order.
Food is phenomenal !! Lots of recommendation for Shawarma & is tip top. From the multiple perspectives: flavour profile, meat tenderness, mouth feel, quality consistency, serving speed, food warmth - the best one ever, better than fancy restaurants. Priced competitively. We liked the deserts too ( baklava ) must try - juicy and crispy

Amazed by the unique concept of the cafe, where roving chefs hone their skills while serving up cuisines from all around the world, and we get to enjoy tasty food with many surprises each time since the menu is never the same! Every dish served was really delish and somehow felt familiar yet was distinctively different from anything I've eaten before. The cakes were so good, I had to pack some home for my parents! If you're looking for a cosy, happy place to dine out with your friends and family, whatever the occasion may be, I highly recommend this place!
Came here for our brekkie at Culture Spoon. We had a set meal “Brew+Bake” for only $7.50 consisting of a coffee white and almond croissant. Super value for money. We also ordered a toasted Sourdough came with scrambled egg, back bacon and salad at $13.90, And a bundle of 3 x freshly bakes at only $9.90. The bostock was pretty good. Overall we liked the food there and also the friendly staffs too.
My favourite cafe along river valley. They have excellent Thai food (amongst other food like dimsum, brunch plates, etc) which is very value for money. I've been coming here since 2021 and the Thai food menu has expanded. Highly recommend the crab fried rice and seabass. The banana bread is also very delicious, with chocolate chips! They staff and owner are very friendly and always welcoming - my dog gets his own little tub of ice water whenever we visit.
