Interesting yu sheng - Japanese Unagi Yu Sheng with Roselle Sauce. This is my first yusheng with grilled Japanese Unagi! The sweet-savoury unagi pairs really well with Chef’s concoction of Roselle sauce, which balances the toss with sweetness and a hint of fresh flower.

Katharina Scherpel

Went to Xin for the Chinese New Year dinner with friends and had an amazing Yu Sheng! The dinner was delicious and the service was excellent! Will definitely come back again.
