Ah Boy chicken rice stall has been a favourite for our local celebrity chef Eric Teo as he raved about this hidden gem in his Facebook. Roasting chicken is an art by itself. It was tender and cooked just right, maintaining a smooth texture. With firm, sweet meat and jelly-like skin doused in a delicious mix of soy sauce, sesame oil, and chicken oil, it gave a slight lift in flavours and we can’t help but to order second and third helpings of rice!
