Response was fast and the assigned plumber Raja came on site within 1 hour. He was truthful about my pipe leak (we just didn't screw it properly after trying to DIY ourselves), and didn't upsell me anything. I decided to change my entire sink basket strainer and piping anyway, (total $60) considering I bought a flimsy $2.50 from the hardware shop. Really commendable for his hard and honest work. He came on his bicycle with a huge bag full of tools.
