Just had my CNY dinner there. FOOD IS FABULOUS!. Had the special set menu. The appetiser and the chicken were OK. The comes the scallop and mushroom thickened soup. Hmm. The best. Next comes the delicious cheese on lobster. Yummy. After that was beautifully slow cooked pork and abalone. Heavenly. The noodle following that was delicious. Wished the portion was bigger. Ended well with a nice snow man custard bun and a light coconut jelly with birds nest. Service was efficient and calm. The ambience was a tat noisy with the surrounding tables of children with their families but then it's Christmas eve. Had a nice time there! Cheers!
The best Chinese restaurant and best Beijing duck place I have been in Singapore. Especially 4 highlights : 1. Beijing duck skin is super crispy, really good balance oily and freshness feeling, eating with caviar is also new try 2. Dim sum like mushroom dumpling is the “game changer”... 3. Top class service “omotenashi” 4. Classic atmosphere. Will definitely visit again!
We have enjoyed many Cantonese restaurants in Singapore, but this was our first experience at Jiang Nan-chun. It was a terrific value. Every dish that we ordered was delicious, the surroundings were elegant, and the staff were very friendly, attentive, and professional. The dishes that we felt were most outstanding were braised pork belly with fig, crispy chicken, and mango-sago-pomelo dessert. We were impressed that they also had Moscato wine available. For my wife's birthday, they provided a candle on a beautiful, very rich hazelnut royal chine cake. We resolved that next time, we will order the Peking duck because it was so popular among the tables in our area. We recommend Jiang Nan-chun as a superior special occasion restaurant.

We were here for the CNY dim sum brunch buffet. There are yusheng, two one time serving chef recommendation, two appetizers, four one-time serving mains, unlimited dim sum and one time dessert. All at a cost of $99++. I would said this is very value for money, given the high standard service and high quality of food. The staffs are very attentive and service is good. Food are all in good quality. The yusheng has both the smoked salmon and fried silver fish. All the dessert are very good.
