First time trying Hunan cuisine and we were wowed by the dishes. Reasonably priced and most importantly, all of us enjoyed all dishes very much. The shoutout dishes for today were the sauerkraut fish (even kids enjoyed them) and taro collagen soup! Complimentary ice cream and snacks. Refillable Chrysanthemum tea. Will definitely return again to try other dishes.
Be sure to queue early! Their menu is not bombarded with dishes nor drinks. I think it’s more like the quality of the food that they’re serving. My first visit and I must say I loveeeeeee the pumpkin soup although it is not as rich as I thought but the taste and smell is simple and not overpowering.I love the soybean tofu!❤️ Try it yourself!

I have dinner reservations at The Seletar Mall HaiDiLao today. My table was served by Ms. Gui Ping . She was very attentive to the needs of my family members. Clearing of tables and refilling of the soup and water was speedy. We enjoyed our meal very much, due to the wonderful food and the services that were provided.
Qu Yang service is wonderful, pro active and have ready to go the extra mile attitude. Make us filled with happiness and we had a joyful evening dining there tonight. The face changing performance is very engaging and we are happy that we get so close to the actress to see the actual show. Wonderful evening!
Signature Haidilao service as expected, staff were friendly and attentive towards our request. As usual, they would go above and beyond to make you feel like royalty. The food is fresh and delicious. The new chicken collagen pot is a revolution, rich and easy to drink, and it does not have the overpowering chicken aftertaste.

It's our first time today at Dough Workz and it definitely won't be our last. Our instructor for the Love At First Slice workshop was engaging, patient and very good with kids. He was so busy handling all the logistics himself but never lost his cool and friendliness. Although quite far for us, we are looking forward to coming back for our next workshop.
Seorae Korean Charcoal BBQ

Seorae Korean Charcoal BBQ proudly stands as the first Korean restaurant in Singapore to introduce the signature Korean galmaegisal (premium pork skirt meat). Once reserved exclusively for Korean royalty, this coveted sirloin-extension—forming only 250 grams between the ribs and belly of a full-grown pig—is now a staple on every local Korean buff’s table. Marinated in a tantalizing blend of Korean spices and expertly grilled, the galmaegisal boasts flavors akin to wagyu beef, offering a tender and succulent bite that leaves a lasting impression.
Finally get to try this restaurant! It's been quite crowded since its opening! High quality food like what others said, worth the price. I love the gochujang sauce and kimchi pancake, it was crispy outside and soft in the middle! Other than food, the crews were very helpful and attentive, overall very good experience!

One of the best ramen.. 😋 visited many times and standard is consistent. [Other outlet somehow different duno why]The chashu is great.. fatty part melts in yr mouth.. lean part tender and flavourful.. choices for soup thickness type of noodle up to you.. free flow beam sprout and corn goes well with the ramen, and ease yr hunger while waiting too. Price is reasonable given the quality and quantity..
Repeat customer here. We’ve visited at least 5 times now and the quality has always been consistently good.Broth is rich and thick, abit like tsukemen consistency, and the pork is extremely tender. We normally get the basic bowl now because the broth and noodles are MAGIC, but the all-in set is recommended too.10/10 recommended for taste and value.

I like stuff'd especially the burritos. I have tried kebab and quesadilla. Never try daily bowl or tacos yet. They have total fats calculator which I don't really care about.Recently they have new toppings couscous which look like natos. The queue in here always look quite long but it will be served in 5 minutes still at most of the time.

Drawing inspiration from the rich flavors of Japanese ramen broth and the silky strands of Chinese la mian, Le Shrimp Ramen offers a harmonious fusion of Chinese and Japanese culinary traditions. Their simple yet refined menu showcases elaborate flavors that aim to delight and surprise diners. With two specialty broths to choose from – shrimp broth and tonkotsu broth – each has garnered its own dedicated following. The tonkotsu broth is crafted to perfection through long hours of simmering with pork bones, resulting in a rich and creamy texture that is both collagen-rich and palatable.
This was the first time I patronised the chain, and the broth was worthy of the price tagged to the food options. However, I found some of the noodles clumped together, and that was not very acceptable by my standards. More effort should have been put in to ensure the noodles are declumped before serving. To me, that's basic pride in the food prepared and served.
Love the soup and the beef was very very tender! Nice. The cold bean curd was nice too but kids will stay away because of the taste. Bowl was big portion so if you order extra noodle then either you are a big eater or if not,you can share with others. Dumpling was huge and nice, juicy and the meat or shrimp taste and texture is just right.

Went for late dinner on a weekday and didnt need to wait. Great service and atmosphere. Staff are meticulous especially this older chinese uncle (sorry didnt get his name!) who was very helpful and pleasant 🙂 food is overall pretty good though pricey. Among what we ordered, this woodfire pizza is the highlight, it was delicious.
